How to Access the Trasis Portal

1. Introduction

The objective of this manual is to guide users through the navigation and use of the Trasis Extranet, designed to facilitate collaboration and the sharing of information between Trasis, its customers, and its partners. You should have received an invitation email to access the extranet. If necessary, a new invitation can be generated by contacting our IT service at the following address: support_trasis@trasis.com.


2. How to Access the Extranet (Summary Procedure)

To access your personal space on the Trasis Extranet, follow these steps:

  1. Receive the Invitation Email You should receive an invitation email from Microsoft on behalf of Trasis, containing a link to access the extranet. Check your inbox as well as your spam folders.

  2. Access the Public Extranet The public area of the Trasis Extranet is accessible via the following address: https://trasis.sharepoint.com/sites/Extranet .

  3. Types of Accounts Depending on the type of account you use, follow the appropriate procedure below:

    • Microsoft Recognized Accounts: Follow section 3.1.
    • Non-Recognized but Authorized Accounts: Follow section 3.2.
    • Non-Recognized and Unauthorized Accounts: Follow section 3.3.


3. Detailed Access Procedure

3.1. Your Company Uses Microsoft Recognized Accounts

If your company uses Microsoft accounts (for example, an email address ending with @outlook.com or @microsoft.com), follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the link in the invitation email you received.
  2. Log in using your existing Microsoft email address.

3.2. Your Company Uses a Non-Recognized but Authorized Email Service

If your email address is not directly recognized by Microsoft (for example, an address ending with @company.com), but is authorized to be associated with a Microsoft account, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the link in the invitation email.
  2. When the platform asks you to enter your email address, use the one you received the invitation with (for example, john.doe@company.com).
  3. Although the message comes from Microsoft, there is no need to create a new Microsoft address. We recommend using the address with which you received the invitation email.

3.3. Your Company Uses a Non-Recognized and Unauthorized Email Service (e.g., Google)

If your email address is neither recognized nor authorized by Microsoft (for example, an address ending with @gmail.com), follow the steps below:

  1. Create a Microsoft Account 


      Here is a simple procedure to  create a Microsoft account


  2. Associate your account with the Trasis Extranet. 
  • Click on the link in the invitation email.
  • Use the information from your new Microsoft account to log in.


4. Detailed Access Procedure

4.1. Receiving the Invitation Email

An invitation email will arrive in your inbox from invites@microsoft.com. Check your junk mail or spam if this message is not in your email list.


4.2. Accepting the Access Invitation

In the message contained in the email, simply click on "Accept Invitation" to continue.

 

Your web browser will open on the Trasis Extranet login page. The first step is to confirm that it is really you by entering a confirmation code. Click on "Send Code" to send yourself a personal confirmation code.


     Attention, please do not close your browser window and access your inbox.



4.3. Entering the Confirmation Code

The extranet will have sent you a new email containing the confirmation code to enter into the Trasis Extranet on your internet browser. Check your junk or spam messages if this message does not appear in your email list. It may take a few minutes to receive this email.


 

Enter this code into the Trasis Extranet on your browser and click "Sign in".




4.4. Confirming the Permissions

Once the code is entered, confirm the requested permissions by clicking "Accept".



4.5. Navigating the Trasis Extranet

Once your email address is registered, you can start navigating the Trasis Extranet.
